Heather is an accomplished professional, with over 30 years’ experience in human resource management across the public, private and not for profit sectors in Western Australia, the Eastern States and in the United Kingdom.

Heather originally established WCA 18 years ago and the organisation has since grown through repeat business and referrals and now includes a staff of eight who work from both WCA offices and client sites, supporting the full employee life cycle from hiring through to complying training, retaining and change management.

Heather is currently a member of the State Leadership Group of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF WA) and until recently served as Deputy Chair of Scotch College Council.
