Emma has well rounded management experience and has held management positions in General Management, Strategy, HR, IT, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance & Administration and Business Improvement. 

With over 20 years of management experience, including 11 years within the Legal industry in Perth, Emma has a great insight into the complexity of the professional services world. Emma has a variety of skills, is very adaptable and has well rounded business experience. Emma's key goals are to always drive performance, business improvement and efficiencies. With a sound business acumen, combined with a high energy, pro-active approach, Emma delivers strategic advice and profitable business outcomes.For the past 4 years, Emma has served on the WA Committee of ALPMA and has continued to serve as a National Board Member for ALPMA for the past 3 years.

During her career Emma has been both an employee and an employer and therefore knows the true worth of a good staff member. She works closely with her staff by mentoring, training and challenging them to progress both in their knowledge, performance and careers. Emma has a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a real drive to make things happen.

Emma holds a BSc, MBA and is currently studying psychology.
