The ALPMA Legal Industry Salary & HR Issues survey provides comprehensive, independent data on actual salaries paid for up to 65+ legal, management and support roles at Australian and New Zealand law firms so that you can compare your compensation strategy with like firms. As well as covering the current issues in HR, benefits, bonuses, staffing profiles, salary data, anticipated salary increases and recruitment intentions, this year’s survey was expanded to include more information on bonuses paid and parental leave.
Survey Matters has been engaged to conduct the survey on behalf of ALPMA, to ensure independence and confidentiality of data. Survey Matters is a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) and is bound by the AMSRS Code of Professional Behaviour and the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
All data submitted to this survey will be held as strictly confidential and used for the sole purpose of compiling the survey report for participating firms. Individual responses will not be identified; the information you provide will be consolidated with that provided by other industry participants and provided to ALPMA in aggregate only. All data you provide will be de-identified immediately following the provision of results to ALPMA.
ALPMA has conducted the salary survey for more than six years. The results provide valuable insights and indpendent data on salaries and compensation at Australian and New Zealand law firms.
