Pete Holliday is an organisational futurist obsessed with helping leaders and organisations be fit for the future. This is successfully achieved by making them more agile and adaptive.
With a post-graduate degree in complex human systems from Harvard and the first Master Integral Coach in Australia, Pete understands only too well the nature of the modern ever-changing workplace. An accomplished leadership coach and agile focussed change expert, he has assisted forward-thinking leaders and organisations on how to influence culture and build the future of work.
Pete’s key focus includes leadership development, creating high performing cultures, steering leaders of multi-national organisations to rethink leadership development, and developing organisations by assisting them to redefine high performance in the 21st century.
