In 1993 Sue-Ella started her career asking clients for feedback in Perth’s mining industry. Since then she has been a member of global client feedback steering committees for Arthur Andersen and Baker & McKenzie. In 2012 Sue-Ella completed the Net promoter Score accreditation course in London and continues to help firms establish programmes, analyse results and develop ideas.
