Andrew Price,  Director - Inspire Management Consulting 

Andrew Price is the Director of Inspire Management Consulting. He has more than 15 years experience working within professional services both as a lawyer and manager of law firms. Prior to commencing Inspire Management Consulting, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer at one of Australia’s leading mid tier firms.  Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (HRM), Bachelor of Laws (Hons), and a Grad Diploma of Applied Law. Andrew was the winner of the Practice Manager of the Year award at the Lawyers Weekly Australasian Law Awards in 2012 and 2013. He is a member of the Change Management Institute, a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a member of the Legal Practice section of the Law Council of Australia, and the Practice Management section of LawAsia. Andrew also previously sat on the NSW committee of the Australian Legal Practice Management Association.

Sumith Perera, COO - Hall & Wilcox

Sumith is the Chief Operating Office and the national Head of Corporate Services at Hall & Wilcox. He has over 20 years’ experience in leading and managing teams at professional services firms. Sumith has the overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations at Hall & Wilcox and coordinating the activities of the firm’s corporate services areas. Sumith is known for his commercial approach and ability to lead complex time critical projects. He has lead the implementation of the firm’s national expansion strategy.  He is responsible for leading the firm’s ‘Smarter law’ strategy developing new and better ways of working with our clients to deliver real value.

Margaret Manning, OBE, CEO - Adelphi Digital Consulting Group

Margaret has worked in the creative digital agency space since 1996. Over the last four years, she has lived in Singapore, originally coming to set up the Reading Room business - now rebranded as Adelphi Digital. Her OBE, received in June 2015, is for services to export to Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region. She is a self-confessed geek, falling in love with computer programming and gaming at University. Her love of online gaming, degree in psychology (specialising in artificial intelligence), and management consultancy background with PWC has led to a special interest in online communications, particularly for international businesses. She is also a director of the UK-ASEAN Business Council.

Cherilyn Tan, CEO, AsiaLawNetwork

Cherilyn founded AsiaLawNetwork in 2014 because of her frustration finding a suitable, affordable lawyer when she needed one the most. Cherilyn is driven by her quest to connect people and businesses across Asia with reliable, qualified legal help they need quickly, safely and efficiently so they can make better decisions and build stronger businesses. Her vision is an Asia where everyone is not daunted by the prospect of seeking legal help, where everyone has access to information and justice, and where consulting a lawyer is as easy as seeing a doctor.

Julian Lambert, General Manager (VIC), Law In Order
Julian has 20 years of experience in legal technology and litigation support working with major Australian law firms and federal government agencies on a number of high profile projects. Julian has provided project and workflow management of document intensive matters including the ACCC v Visy matter, Estate Mortgage Litigation and Storm Financial Investigations. 

Ervin Tan, Associate, Jones Day
Ervin Tan's practice focuses on advocacy, primarily in arbitration and appellate work across several industries. He has experience with many institutional rules and arbitral laws, including LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC, and Swiss Chambers. Ervin has acted as tribunal secretary and/or assisted arbitral tribunals in numerous multimillion dollar disputes involving the chemicals, mining, gaming, construction, fashion, and banking industries. 

Franca Ciambella, Managing Director, Consilium Law Corporation

Trained in law in the jurisdictions of Canada, New York and Singapore, Franca is one of the first foreign lawyers to gain full admission to the Singapore Bar. Her legal career of over 20 years encompasses 13 years of private practice, including being the Managing Partner of the Singapore office of a Canadian based international law firm, seven years as General Counsel for a large Fortune 500 multinational corporation, acting as an advisor to high levels of government in ASEAN, and carrying on a mediation practice.  

Patrick Ng, Principal Consultant, Inplace Solutions

Patrick has almost 20 years’ experience within professional services, primarily 15 years as IT Director at Australian law firm Maddocks, where he was key to how the firm conducted its business, risk profile and operational relationships with clients.  He is a frank and logical communicator with a creative yet socially sensitive approach. His industry expertise covers both strategic and operational briefs. His tech expertise covers enterprise databases, internetworking and interface design with deep point expertise in EDMS, practice management, case management and litigation related technologies.
