Graeme has specialised in legal practice management since 1994. He has held CEO/General Manager roles in law firms for 20 years including for personal injury firms, Trilby Misso, Slater and Gordon and Shine Lawyers. Graeme is a regular speaker on legal practice management issues and will provide a snapshot of the tangible, base line benefits of implementing robust workflows.
